Most of our work is under NDA — enterprise engagements rarely come with a public logo. Here is what we can share: anonymized, illustrative, and structured the way we actually run an engagement — instrument first, ship in increments, prove what moved. Specifics live behind the NDA; we'll walk you through the real artifacts on a call.
Each engagement was led by a dedicated senior pod — no junior hand-offs — and held accountable to a single number on the client's board deck. Industries and identifying detail are withheld under NDA.

Governed AI agent for multi-region support
Challenge. A multi-region support org was drowning — inbound volume outpaced headcount, first-touch-to-resolution sat at 4h 12m, and every region triaged tickets by a slightly different playbook. Leadership wanted automation that InfoSec would actually clear.
Approach. We embedded a dedicated pod alongside their support and platform teams and architected the system in writing before any code shipped. A governed AI agent triaged inbound against their permission model, auto-resolved the routine band, and pre-summarized the rest for human agents. Evals and guardrails ran in CI; SSO and audit logging were in from day one.
Result. The agent triaged 41% of inbound tickets without escalation and pre-summarized the rest. First-touch-to-resolution fell from 4h 12m to 1h 08m. Six weeks in, the client's own engineers were running it — no black box, no lock-in.

11→3 day monthly close
Warehouse rebuild and CFO dashboard
Challenge. Monthly close was a fire drill — eleven days of manual reconciliation across spreadsheets nobody fully trusted. Finance couldn't defend a single number to the board without a week of caveats, and reporting cycles blocked every downstream decision.
Approach. We consolidated fragmented sources into one governed warehouse with a semantic layer, then built a CFO-facing dashboard where every figure carried an auditable source back to the raw event. Modeling ran in two-week increments with finance driving the demo by the third sprint, and the controls were built audit-ready, not bolted on.
Result. Monthly close compressed from eleven days to three, and reconciliation time fell 64%. The dashboard became the first thing the CFO opened each morning — a single source of truth the board could read without a translator.

3.1× qualified pipeline
Content engine and paid reallocation
Challenge. Marketing spend was reported in impressions the CRO didn't trust, paid budget was spread thin across channels by habit, and the content engine produced volume with no line back to pipeline. The board wanted a number, not a vanity dashboard.
Approach. We instrumented the funnel before reallocating a single dollar — closed-loop attribution tying spend to closed pipeline in the warehouse, server-side and consent-aware. Then we rebuilt the content engine around the topics that actually converted and shifted paid budget toward the channels the data rewarded, tuning to pipeline and LTV rather than clicks.
Result. Qualified pipeline tripled in 90 days, CAC fell 22%, and MQL→SQL conversion improved 17%. For the first time, marketing reported a number the CRO trusted in the room.

Audit-ready in one quarter
"Our close was a fire drill every month. Compunamics rebuilt the warehouse and gave finance numbers we could defend to the board. The dashboard is the first thing I open."

"Most agencies sell hours and report on impressions. This team instrumented the funnel first, then earned the spend. Marketing finally has a number the CRO trusts."

SSO & security signed off
"What sold our security org was that the governance was there from day one — SSO, audit logs, access controls. Procurement and InfoSec both cleared it without a fight."
