The terms that govern Compunamics services — including the SMS messaging terms for the account-notification programs we operate on behalf of our business partners.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by Compunamics Company (“Compunamics”, “we”, “us”), including AI tools, marketing systems, voice-AI services, and SMS notification programs we operate on behalf of our business partners (including the Real Estate Agent Portal product and other engagements). By using our services or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Eligibility & accounts
- Our SMS notification programs are offered to business owners and authorized account-holders only — they are not directed to consumers.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including the mobile number you enter, and for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You represent that any mobile number you submit is one you are authorized to use.
SMS & text-message terms
When you provide your mobile number through our authenticated admin portal and check the SMS-consent box, you agree to receive recurring account-notification text messages from Compunamics. The following SMS terms apply:
Program & types of messages
- Lead alerts and missed-call follow-up notifications
- Account and PIN notifications
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service-balance and low-credit warnings
These messages are transactional/operational. They are not marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on account activity. Typical recipients receive between 0 and 10 messages per week.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates from your mobile provider apply to messages you receive. Compunamics does not charge a separate fee for the messages themselves.
How to opt out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe from all SMS communications. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending SMS to that number. You may also email support@compunamics.com to opt out.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact support@compunamics.com.
Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You agree not to use our services to violate any law, infringe any third party’s rights, transmit unlawful or harmful content, or interfere with the operation or security of the services.
Intellectual property
All software, content, and materials provided by Compunamics remain the property of Compunamics or its licensors. Deliverables produced under a signed engagement are governed by that engagement’s agreement.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compunamics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
Changes to these terms
We will update the “Last updated” date above when we make material changes. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
